It's simple. If you're not satisfied, ask for a refund within 8 weeks (or 56 days). The only thing I ask is that you delete the files. All I require is an email (to: nathan@corel-photo-paint.com) with your order information which I'll then forward to ClickBank for a refund.

How does the order process work?

Ordering is handled through a secure server using 128-bit encryption. Upon ordering, you'll be taken to a secure order form. Here you'll enter information about name, email address and payment information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  Once payment is verified, you'll be sent to a secure download page where you can download a zip/stuffit file containing the The Corel PHOTO-PAINT X3 Insider ebook and image files. All documentation is in PDF format (perfect for both Macs and PCs) and are zipped to reduce download time and to keep all the files in one place.

How do I Download and View the Book?

To unzip the files into a folder of your choice, you need WinZip WinZip (a free download).

You also need Adobe Acrobat to read the PDF. The Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free download available from Adobe directly. Once the software is installed and you've unzipped the file, click on The Corel PHOTO-PAINT X3 Insider PDF file to open it.

Opening the file is a simple process:

1. Once your payment has been processed you will be directed to a page to download your file. Right-click on the file to save it to your desktop.

2. Double-click on the file to decompress it, which will open WinZip.

3. View the file using Adobe Acrobat.
